a) Local Shipments
For local shipments, we ship out our items either through normal mail or registered mail. We strongly encourage customers to opt for registered mail to be more insured although the lost of parcel during normal mail is rare. For local shipping rates (using Singpost), please click Here. Please note that there would be additional charges for registered articles. Upon posting out the parcel, an email would be sent to your email stating either the date that the mail was being sent (for normal mails) or the registered article number (for registered mails), or an SMS will be sent to the customer's mobile number provided. We would try our best to keep all shipments satisfied.
However, kindly note that theteeshirt.com would not be liable for any lost parcels during the mailing process.

FAQ – What do you mean by registered mail?
A registered mail means that a registered article (RA) number would be allocated to the parcel that was being sent to the post office branches. This RA number consist of 9 digits starting with RR and ends with SG. It can be found on the posting receipt that was filled in the addressee’s particulars. With this number, you can use it to verify the status of the mail through the REGISTERED ARTICLE STATUS INFORMATION. Hence, you are more insured of the status of your parcel.
FAQ – How long does it take for my parcel to arrive for local shipments using Singpost?
Generally, it will take about 3 - 5 working days.
